Greetings, Serve the City Volunteers,

Don't miss our Quarterly Volunteer Day on Saturday, April 11!
We'll be kicking off an exciting new project called Zonas Limpas, wherein STC volunteers work side by side residents and business people in strategic spots around the city cleaning, removing graffiti and gardening, to establish clean zones, then returning quarterly to maintain them in hopes they'll take root and spread.
The Freguesia of São José has authorized us to clean up a section of the Jardim do Torel, one of the most beautiful spots in the city's historic center. As always at STC, the work is worthwhile, but the main thing is building relationships that strengthen our community.
